PAT WILLIAMS

Realtor, Team Leader

Pat Williams was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL where she and her high school sweetheart, a now retired coast guard officer, were later married.  Pat and Wayne Williams spent many of their early years together, traveling the world, to places such as Copenhagan Denmark, North Dakota, Keflavick, and even Iceland. During this time, Pat had three children, Scott, Lynn, and Michele.  The family spent a few years in Washington DC, where Pat attended school, and received her BA degree in Business Management and Technology from the University of Maryland. While they enjoyed their many adventures together, they ultimately decided to settle down in the Florida Panhandle, where they have lived ever since.   

Pat Williams is no stranger to the Emerald Coast Real Estate market. Having 34 years of Real Estate Experience with ERA American Real Estate in the Florida Panhandle, Pat has more than proved her knowledge and experience can really pay off for her customers.  A top ten agent for the entirety of her career, since 1984, Pat Williams is one of the most Outstanding Realtors on the Emerald Coast.
